The website www.cen.edu.au (“website”) is owned and operated by Christian Education National Ltd. These terms and conditions must be adhered to by all those completing a registration form for the website (”members”). Members should read carefully and understand these terms and conditions before accepting them. If members do not agree with these terms and conditions they must not register for/or use the website.
Terms and conditions
1. Members agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations in the use of the website.
2. Members will continue to be registered for the website except:
- if a request is made in writing to to be removed
- if they are removed by the delegate for their organisation
- if they are removed by the website administrator.
3. Membership to the website is free of charge for members of the Christian Education National community.
4. Members agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information when completing the registration form.
5.Members agree to maintain and update this information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete through their member homepage
6. If any information which a member provides, including photographs, is untrue, inaccurate, obsolete, incomplete or misleading, Christian Education National has the right to terminate the members account and refuse any and all current or future use of the website.
7. Christian Education National will keep confidential all information given by the member which is not considered public information, including but not limited to information provided during the registration process and email communications transmitted through the website.
8. Christian Education National will not disclose such information to any third parties without the members consent, except that the member agrees Christian Education National may do so if such information is already in the public domain, is required to be disclosed by law, by a governmental agency or to protect the interests of Christian Education National or its members or where there have been substantial and serious breaches of the terms and conditions.
9. Clauses 7 and 8 do not apply where the member has given consent for such information to be used by Christian Education National for particular purposes. In such circumstances the information will only be used for those purposes for which the members consent is given.
10. Christian Education National may need to modify, discontinue or suspend temporarily or permanently, the website without notice but shall where reasonably practicable, give reasonable notice of its intention to do so.
11. The members continued use of the website after having received notice of changes to the website will constitute the members acceptance of any such changes.
12. Christian Education National may need to amend and alter these terms and conditions for valid business and/or technical reasons.
13. Members agree not to publish on the website, or send to any other member, any harrassing, libelous, privacy invading, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, tortious, sexual, sexually suggestive, offensive, anatomical, racist or otherwise objectionable messages to other users in any communications on or off the website.
14. Members agree not to use the website in a manner or for a purpose that violates the rights of another, including but not limited to the intellectual property rights of .
15. Members agree not to resell, rent or hire any content of the website or use of or access to the website.
16. Christian Education National does not control any information provided by Third Parties which is made available on the website.
17. Anything a member publishes on the website is done so at their own risk.
