Maranatha Christian School is a Christian parent-controlled school, a member of Christian Education National, with students from a wide range of Christian churches. Since 1970, Maranatha Christian School has been providing students with an education that acknowledges Jesus as Lord over all of life. Over those years, thousands of students have experienced the benefit of the close partnership between their Christian home, their Christian church and their Christian School.
In addition to core subjects, a comprehensive range of curriculum choices is offered for students to select courses according to individual interests. The curriculum is taught from a Christian worldview which encourages the students to love God and their neighbour through the expression of service to one another. It facilitates spiritual, physical and academic excellence to ensure each student travels their own pathway to university, TAFE and employment.
Maranatha Christian School is a co-educational school. Our Casey Junior campus caters for boys and girls from prep to year 4. Our Casey Senior campus covers primary years 5 and 6, along with secondary school years 7 to 12. The Cardinia campus has classes from prep through to year 11 and will rapidly grow to eventually cater from kindergarten to year 12. There are specific interest clubs, sporting teams, musical and dramatic productions, musical ensembles, instrumental tuition, outdoor education and camps, overseas tours, extension programs, work experience and special need facilities which are all supervised by enthusiastic staff members.
